为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于弘扬雷锋精神的重要指示精神，积极响应“雷锋志愿服务行动月”号召，外国语学院3月以“赓续雷锋精神，践行青年担当”为主题，组织全院团支部开展系列团日活动。通过义务植树、主题演讲、外语征文三大实践载体，同学们不仅在实践中传承了雷锋精神，更以青春力量书写了属于新时代的雷锋日记。
春山可望：
   以植树行动播种生态文明信仰
    3月10日，英语232团支部积极响应学校号召，组织全体38名团员参与“植药香之树，绘校园美景”义务植树活动。在植树现场，同学们热情高涨，挥锹铲土、扶苗填坑、踏土夯苗，青年们将“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念转化为实际行动，累计栽种沉香、广陈皮、小叶紫檀10余株。活动现场，团员陈慧珍同学感慨：“每一棵树苗都是生态文明的种子，更是雷锋奉献精神的具象化传承。”活动不仅呼应了“植树造林功在当代、利在千秋”的思想，更通过劳动实践深化了青年对“艰苦奋斗”雷锋精神内核的理解。

    国旗见证：
    用青春之声诠释信仰力量
    3月17日，我院在校团委组织下开展周一升旗仪式，优秀志愿者代表陈梓榆在国旗下进行了“传承雷锋精神，践行志愿服务”主题演讲，她提到“雷锋精神是跨越时空的青春密码，从广交会多语种志愿服务到国际赛事语言保障，我们正用专业架设新时代的‘雷锋桥梁’。”其演讲内容深度结合习近平总书记“做雷锋精神的忠实传承者”要求，回溯了学校志愿服务队抗疫事迹和优秀校友见义勇为的行动，诠释了“螺丝钉精神”在新时代的创新表达。

    团团传情：
    用外语讲“活雷锋”的故事
    3月15-20日，我院面向团支部发起的“用外语讲活雷锋故事”的征文比赛中，收到了30多份作品，青年团员们以跨文化视角挖掘平凡生活中的“活雷锋”，这些故事涉及同学、老师、宿管保安等身边的人，还有见义勇为、紧急救护、爱心奉献、社区工作中遇到的人群等，内容展现了奉献、友爱、互助、进步的精神风貌。其中，黄晓莹同学的作品《那个秋日的下午》讲述了她在江边看人垂钓时，偶遇一位穿校服的女孩在角落里哭泣，她最终通过默默陪伴和递上温热的饭团，展现了善意与关怀，诠释了雷锋精神的真谛。沈思婕则讲述了她姐姐在去年国庆节出游时，遇到路人心脏病突发倒地，姐姐迅速而冷静地挺身而出，实施心肺复苏，成功挽救了患者生命的故事。这些作品以“小切口”展现“大情怀”，展现外国语青年热心志愿服务、有责任和担当，以专业特长为纽带，以雷锋为榜样，用青春力量书写属于这个时代的雷锋日记。
    用外语讲“活雷锋”的故事作品欣赏
    作者沈思婕：Last National Day,during our family trip,we unexpectedly encountered an emergency.A passerby suddenly collapsed due to a heart attack,causing a wave of panic among the surrounding crowd.Amidst the chaos,my sister,a well-trained doctor,quickly and calmly stepped forward.She immediately assessed the situation and began CPR without hesitation.Her professional actions not only saved the patient’s life but also inspired everyone present.People rushed to help,some calling the emergency services,others clearing the crowd to ensure proper ventilation.Despite the tense atmosphere,my sister’s focus and determination never wavered.After about fifteen minutes of persistent effort,the patient slowly opened his eyes,his consciousness gradually returning.The timely arrival of the ambulance brought a sigh of relief to everyone.My sister’s bravery and professionalism earned her praise and respect from all those present.My sister’s actions not only demonstrated the sense of responsibility and dedication of a medical professional but also highlighted the indispensable role of healthcare professionals in our society.They are the unsung heroes among us,stepping forward in critical moments,embodying the noble mission of saving lives through their actions.
    作者黄晓莹：I like to go to the river with food and spend most of the day watching people fishing.That afternoon,I watched people fishing at the river and saw them very late.The sky gradually turned gray,and they one by one took down their rods.I was also preparing to head back home.The moon was very large.I looked up at the moon.When I looked down,I saw a girl sitting in a humble pile of weeds some distance away.Sometimes she buried her head and cried,sometimes she looked up at the middle of the river.I was actually afraid of something like this,and I didn't know how I could help her at this time.I'm afraid she's going to have some bad idea of hurting herself.I want to call someone to help,but what if she doesn't have the idea of dying?I don't want to stir up her emotions.But if she really has an idea that hurts herself,will I be able to help her in time when she implements it?I walked quietly to her side and sat behind her not far from her.I sat there for three hours,and even though my stomach was hungry,I still didn't eat the food I had in my hand.I looked around from time to time,and the phone in my hand connected me to a call with my father.I looked at her,and she would occasionally hit herself,but later she became more and more calm.I don't know if she's staring and sad.Finally,she stood up,staring at the river and looking around.I began to get nervous and stood up as well.She turned and suddenly came towards me.I couldn't see her face,so I went up to her and handed her the food“Are you hungry?Let's have some food.”I watched her wipe her eyes.She took my food and said to me,“Thank you for staying here with me.But it's too late.It's dangerous outside.Come home.”Turns out she's always known I was here.She turned and walked away.Dad's voice rang on my phone."When are you coming back?"“Now.”I laughed.It turns out that learning to do good works by Lei Feng requires only a small kindness,an idea to help others while protecting themselves.
